personalised cooking Therapy

This service is designed to make life easier especially for families, older adults, and anyone who’s struggling.

A professional chef comes into your home and works with what you already have, turning cupboards, fridges and freezers into simple, nourishing meals.

We cook together at a calm, steady pace, focusing on meals that are easy to reheat, affordable to repeat and comforting to eat.

The financial benefit

  • Fewer takeaways and ready meals
  • Less food wasted or forgotten
  • Batch-cooked meals stocked in the fridge and freezer
  • Clear meal ideas that reduce weekly food spending

For many households, this saves more than the cost of the session in the weeks that follow.

The therapeutic benefit

1. A calm, un-rushed cooking environment

2. Reduced stress and decision fatigue

3. Rebuilding confidence and independence

4. Shared time that eases loneliness and isolation

Cooking becomes grounding something familiar, useful and reassuring.

We come into your home and cook with you, using what you already have. No judgement. No rushing. Just someone steady beside you, helping turn everyday ingredients into meals that actually work for your life.

For some people, cooking has become overwhelming. For others, it’s lonely. Sometimes it’s both. This service is here for those moments.

We take the pressure out of mealtimes by:

  • Using food that’s already in your cupboards
  • Cooking a few simple meals together
  • Stocking the fridge and freezer for the days when energy is low
  • Helping you plan meals so money isn’t wasted

Most people find they spend less on food afterwards fewer takeaways, fewer forgotten ingredients, fewer stressful last-minute shops.

But just as important is how it feels.

Cooking together can be grounding. Hands busy. Mind calmer. A sense of “I can manage this again.” For older adults or people who are struggling, having someone there — in their own kitchen — can make all the difference.
